How We Got Here
The problem we set out to solve.
GPS was founded after watching too many capable, motivated small business owners spin their wheels — not because they lacked drive, but because they were operating without a map.
We'd seen it firsthand: a great product with no repeatable sales process. A talented team with no clear roles. A stack of tools that didn't talk to each other. Data that existed but was never used to make decisions.
